I bought it yesterday and after a clean install of vista, I'm amazed at how fast it is with only 1gb of ram. I plan on upgrading to 2gb anyway though.

It really depends on what type of area you live in. It'll be hectic tomorrow just because of the wii's in stock hopefully they overlook the laptop.

Just print out after you go through everything online. (it never really activates so no need to cancel) It's possible you might get another $100 off of any non ipod mp3 player though the 80gb zune seems to have problems.

Thanks for the info. I don't know if I should go out for this tomorrow as I think my local BB will be crazy due to the Wiis. I got the model above it for my Dad for Christmas and that one was $519 on sale a few weeks ago at CC. But it is basically the same laptop with minor upgrades. Do bad I did not know of this deal earlier.

My Best Buy had 1. I'm assuming people bought them this week to price match. Someone waiting on line for a Wii got a ticket for that last Gateway they had.
