Well I'd prefer a non-gh Shadow but it's not that big of a deal, I also don't value Shadow very highly, as it's in stock everywhere around my area and also can be had cheap when there's store sales (like the CC or BB 2 for $30, CC's error's for $10, or buy x amount get 1 free, etc).
A complete, mint, like new Ico is harder to find (which is why they tend to go around $30 on ebay)
