Alternatives to the classic controller?

So while trying to play Sin & Punishment, I realized how crappy the GC controller was for anything other than GC games.

I'm thinking about getting the classic controller but having to dally around the Wiimote with it really isn't doing it for me...

So any of you guys found an alternative? Or is the Classic controller worth it?

Just get the classic controller, as if you ever get any SNES games, you won't pull your hair out. There's a new wireless GC controller in a Wii color scheme with the sticks in the Dual Shock layout. YOu could also look at one of those.

Classic controller works great. Not very annoying having it attached to the Wiimote. Just sit the wiimote on the couch/chair beside you.

Everywhere this new "cool" controller is sold out, Must be really good. Though i personally would not over pay for it at buy.com where stuff is known to get lost. J&R seems like a more reliable place, with .98 cents shipping. And they pricematch too.
