I think I found an error.

Referrals are designed for you to earn extra points by referring your friends and family to our site. For every offer your referral completes and is approved for on our site, you will earn 20% of what they earned. You do not earn referral commissions on sign-ups, only on offer completion. Referrals work 3 levels deep, with the minimum commission set to 0.01. Example:

If you refer Bob and Bob has an offer approved for 10 points you will earn 1.5 points. (15% of 10 is 1.5)

My Insider Deals have been going amazingly for me too. I've been doing them on Cash Lagoon though. Once I get bored there, I'll move my efforts back to FPS as I'm pretty close to being able to order a new gift.

Actually the site that I requested a Visa gift card from (giftcards.com), I have already ordered one before. They ask you for your first and last name, and even a little message you want on the card. Then it gets embossed into the card. So yes, it does have your name on it. I just told KoA my first and last name to put on the card.

My old roommate used to do a lot of these types of sites and joined a lot of them from volition.com's forums. You could start a thread there telling about your site. You could probably a start a thread at slickdeals as long as there is no referral link (which of course you wouldn't need anyway).

I don't know about self-advertising but SD has huge threads on sites like ipodsweepstakes and yourfree360games so they seem to allow talk about sites like yours as long as referrals aren't discussed.

Volition has a get paid page in their forums and I don't know how it is now but in the past if you were a new member you had to wait to get your post approved.
