Will I have trouble returning an unopened game to K-Mart without a receipt if it is a gift?

You most likely won't have trouble returning unopened games to any major store since it's the holiday season. They normally suspend any rules about receipt required / 30 day length / etc around this time of year to speed up customer service lines.
Now, keep in mind, you'll most likely only get store credit.
Does this come with Wii Sports??
