I signed up, for what I thought was 14 days free. Then, I tried to cancel it and they said that I didn't get a promotion. BEWARE of this site!!!

yes, first send them an email, they will most likly wave your charge, if not let your credit card company know that you were mislead and charged. I use AMEX for my big CC purchases, anything that i dont like, they wave the charge

my wife tried signing up for some stupid trial on the web a long time ago. It was only supposed to be for a week and then she was to cancel. Well she gave them our checking acct #! She tried getting on the site but the password it gave her was invalid. I tried for her when I got home and when I found out about the checking # being given out I canceled that s**t immediately! The next month we had a $29.95 charge on our account. I sent them an email telling them we canceled and wanted our money back. No response. I emailed them 3 more times before I got a response. They told us we never canceled! I told them yes we did, I went to the site and went through the onsite cancelation. I was informed that was impossible and we were still active members. They went on to great lengths to tell me that we were active and we needed to cancel via a "new" system. I did. I got charged again! I flew off the handle and sent a nasty email to them. They told me that I canceled too late to avoid billing again! I told them I wanted my money back now and was basically told to piss off. I called the bank and they said they couldn't do anything. $60 lost.
Moral is never give out banking or credit card info to these places and never sign up for so-called "trials".
Good luck getting your money back though....

No matter how many times they tell you something is FREE - if they want your credit card number IT IS NOT FREE!
