It is legal if you get a perscription for medical use, and that is the way to get the high grade shit.

As for potheads talking about getting high- what galls me are smokers who smoke in public. Or drunken drivers. I have never encountered someone who smokes out to be not cool.

edit. I actually wish they would legalize all drugs. Create red light districts where government agencies would sell all narcotic and illegal drugs that are not cut with anything harmful, using clean needles, and at cheaper costs than people pay dealers today. We would get a huge reduction in violent crime and be paying far far less on prisons(it costs over $100,000 to imprison 1 inmate per year).

The best part would be that we would tax it, the way we tax cigarettes.

While we are at it, we need to legalize prositution, in those same red light districts, and enforce mandatory testing for STDs. Again, we could have less crime, less spread of disease, and we could tax that as well.

We would not only save millions of dollars a year on fewer people in prison, and trying to police the drug trafficking, but we get more money from all of the taxes from these activities. Use that money to improve the infrastructure and create jobs and better schools. but hey, i think people prefer to keeps their heads in the sand and see their tax dollars as work by trying to stop the drug trade and the skin trade.

All drug offense convictions should carry a mandatory prison sentence (just a night or two for something like pot), first time and every time. That's what I think, because I fucking hate drugs and drug users.


Anyways, this story is ooolllldd, but it still reminds me that whenever I sell something on eBay, I seriously need to come up with some long-winded story to put in the listing, because hey, maybe I'll get lucky like this bastard and make some hefty coin.

I have to admit I only glanced through the dad's rant but I guess a reputable buyer with ALOT of positive feedback won this item so I guess I am at a bit of a loss here.

What about people who drink liquor? Have you ever heard of prohibition? That didnt work either and yes, people have been using this same arguement since prohibition.

For a very long time cocaine and heroin (laudenum and opium)were totally legal. Cocaine is pretty similar to caffeine, and was totally legal until the turn of the century. do a google search if you dont believe me.
