It's only been a little over three month but here I am at my one thousandth post. I've spent more time on these boards than actually playing video games. Hopefully my frequency of posting will decline soon as my workload increases.

At least the poll is relevant to the topic at hand.
Although now we're approaching 'if you can't ask for permission, ask for forgiveness', since you've ALREADY DONE IT!

Well, congrats on your 1000th post then! You stayed on-topic in the off-topic board (would that be an oxymoron? Off to ponder...)

Actually, it's just my first initial and last name. When you have a surname shared by fewer than a dozen people in the world it feels like a waste to make up something else. Back in the days when I still cared, like when I got my first modem in 1981, I went by Nathan Brazil. This is a character lifted from a series of science fiction novels in which reality as we know it is just a program run by a very big computer. So big it has hexagonally-shaped experimental biological proving grounds on it surface and appears to be a planet to passersby. When this computer has a problem it calls for its sysop, Nathan Brazil. The guy who controlled the most powerful computer in all reality made for a cool handle back when but I've no use for handles in general anymore.
