Avatar Problems

My first batch of problems were solved but now i cant get my avatar to work. I keep pasting it in my paint, there i resize, save. Then i try it here and it says its to big. Well i have found one that 6kb and it says its to big. Im looking for one of Solid Snake that is really cool looking. If anyone could help me thanx.

For the first one I think that you need to host the image on the web, try something like Imageshark.com for that.
For the second one you need to do this:
["url=http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=131604#131604"]Tradelist["/url"] and remove all of the " from what I typed.

After you host the image you need to do put the image in your sig like this:
["img]the address here["/img]
Remove the " on that like with the URL.

shoot i got one more problem. Im trying to get my avatar up and its a total of 8kb. well i take it to paint reformat it to right size then when i try to bring it on here it says its to big. What the dileo.

your avatar isnt working correctly because your SIG line is too big, it happened to me as well when i had about 5 to 6 lines of text

so your saying to shrink the size of my two sigs and then try again. It worked fine then i deleted my little black mage and now i cant get anything on there.

im saying get rid of either the sig images or the text a bove them, it would be best to have ONE COMBINED sig and then the text written in the pic so you only have 2 actual script lines in your sig...........get my point?
