New ME book

It takes place between the first and second game, so I'm guessing if you want to understand what is going on in ME2 its a must read. But now there has to be an official ending at least and since ME2 will not just pick up where ME1 left off I think Bioware is planning to ditch some ME1 characters in the interval. So is anyone else excited about a videogame book?

I actually just started reading the first book and playing the game too...From what I've heard, the first book was received well. I haven't read any of the Diablo or Halo books, but Mass Effect's universe is pretty intriguing.

The first book is pretty good, and I'll definitely be getting this one.
