just went to a local RV and they had 2 for 30!


picked up mario and sonic at the olympics and fire emblem path of radiance.


I went and checked another RV but they did not have the signs up so it may have been them jumping the gun on boxing day. Regardless I was happy to make a random stop.

My mom's going out early to shop and is stopping in at Rogers.. I told her to ask if they were doing the sale on Boxing Day, but hey, maybe I'll be in for an even better surprise. :lol:

I think my store jumped the gun because I checked the reciept and it seemed the manager had to manual override to get me 2 for 30 and no other locations that I've checked is doing it yet.

However it probably shows good news for boxing day and good news for me since I still was able to get the deal.

They still have Bioshock there in the way of notables but Im low on cash due to christmas and 2 for 40 so I prolly won't pick it up.

well its now offically on. I think the store manager for mien jumped the gun. Which turned out good for me.

It's on at mine. However it took a little bit of work. I had to visit the one nearest my house which has the crappier selection, but was participating. I asked if they had the Boxing Day flyer, and they gave it to me (they hadn't put it out yet). I then took it to the one with the better selection, and showed them and got some games. My haul was Timeshift and Ace Combat 6 (both for 360), and my buddy picked up Timeshift and Battlestations Midway.

Oh and I picked up Elebits for the $15 just because I'm trying to make this my last visit that I actually spend money at Rogers (I have 60 star reward points and 11 free rentals now)

Everytime I buy the games I put it all on my star rewards card first and for every $25 I spend in credit I get a free new release rental.

my rogers doesnt let me accumulate the gift card promo. When I buy the $25 gift card to get the rental I have to use the rental when I buy the gift card. I can't just buy a bunch of gift cards and get free rentals unless I want a boatload of movies all at once. Right now though I have 208 star rewards points. so almost 21 free rentals :)

Happy to finally have scored a copy of Naruto, and a mint complete one at that. With the exception of Transformers these are among some of the nicest conditoned games I have bought from Rogers. :D
