It should be interesteing to see what changes they make to the story to make it less disturbing.
They lightened up The Who's "Tommy" when it came to Broadway, but I still thought it was a very good show.

I have mixed feelings about this... but at least Roger Waters is doing it. Should be interesting to see how this plays out.

Dark side of the moon with the wizard of oz would have been better. Im so gonna see this though.
They could just end up bastardizing the greatness of the wall.

Just hopefully they don't change it too much to ruin the Pink Floyd experience.

Will definately be interesting, I am definately hoping they don't ruin it, but it has potential.

My best friend, his sister (a Who/Beatle freak), and I all saw this show a couple of years ago. I thought it was a blast. Hopefully they'll stay honest to the material for the Wall.

Hmm, not sure what to think of this. It will be utter crap, or a utopia of wonder, nothing in between.

I'm not really a Pink Floyd fan but I dig The Wall and DSOTM. If this eventually goes on tour I'll probably end up seeing it.
I'm kinda kicking myself for not going to see a Pink Floyd tribute band do the entire Wall album a while back, I bet it either would have been awesome or hilariously bad.

I saw the movie, that's good enough for me. Roger Waters is depressing as hell and I don't see that many people dying to dish out $60-80 to walk out with suicidal tendencies. At least Gilmore won't be around to fuck it up; it was all Waters creation anyway

It depends heavily on whether Waters has gotten over his political obsessions. He used to genuinely believe that Reagan and Thatcher were plotting to have a nuclear war just for shits and giggles. Even after he staged a performance of The Wall at former site of the Berlin Wall he couldn't admit that there was a reason for standing firm against the Soviets. It's one of the major reasons I think his solo career has been so unengaging.
