As I understand it, pretty much any hard drive is PS2-compatible. What game would you throw in?

What can you do with a hard drive (like a computer hard drive or the one that came out with FF?)and a ps2?

You can take HDLoader and load games onto the hard drive, like Xbox with a modchip.

Western Digital drive don't fit too well without having to adapt it in some manner. I think they also need to be IDE compatible if I'm not mistaken (which I may be).

Maxtor IDE drives work the best.

Yeah, I'd prefer a Maxtor. As for a game, I would throw in LTTP or Aria of Sorrow.

To be honest I'm surprised no one has taken you up on this offer yet grave. those looking for a GBA sp could walk into a fry's and probably pick up a new 120-150 gig hard drive for like $70 new and in exchange get an SP and a hard to find/one of the best games in aria of sorrow.

If I didn't already have a GBA SP I'd definitely do this deal.
