Okay im getting my X360 Elite in a few days and i want a good price on it
Can you trade in more than 8 games to get a better deal? Example:
8 games:-200$ 16games:-400$ and so on
Also is this deal still going on the gears of war one at the bottom

I think it's just 8 games and as far as I know, they have to be at least 8$ trade in value, which is harder than it seems. I tried to see what I have (360 games) to trade in that is at least 8$ and only had a couple games. but I think that even if you dont have all 8 games, then you can put as many games as you can (up to 8) towards it, e.g. 5=125$.

Seriously, youll be lucky to get 8 out of the 50 xbox games to qualify for the promo!
You can always trade in more than 8, but it wont count towards the promo...
However, the $50 more for every 10 games should help...

I think that deal has been stopped. You can save $200 on a 360/ps3/psp, but no free games. http://ebgames.ca/tradepromotions.asp
You can't trade in more than 8 games towards this particular deal. You can however do the 3rd promotion on that page, which will allow you to trade 10 games, getting the value of the games, plus a $50 bonus. If you don't want your games anymore, and don't have the time to trade with any fellow CAG's, then I suggest you do this, as you will get $250 bonus on top of the TIV of the games.
If you want to keep some of, or a lot of your games, you can use the wiki that people have contributed to on here, to see approximate values for your games, and see how many games are worth $8 or more, to see which method you choose.
Edit: beat me to the punch gamer602.

as the poster above said, the Trade 10 deal might be best for you if your original Xbox games are older and might not qualify for the "Trade 8, $200 off" promo.
another cool thing is, you can trade in more than 10 games, and they just add 5 bucks to the value of each one. that means you can get even more than the bonus $50, which might help out more if you've got 50 games to trade in. i'd recommend looking into this promo and asking EB to price out your games.
