This game's been out for two weeks, and there are still no reviews up at any of the main sites. What's the deal?
I'm really hoping this one is solid. Not enough Japanese RPGs around lately (even though this one is a hacker and kind of in a US mode, it still looks promising).
The lack of attention has me worried, though. I'm not gonna buy this one blind. My cheap ass would gladly pay the $29.99 if it was good, though.

I ordered it for $24.88, worse case i'll eBay it. No reviews has me worries, i heard it's hit or miss but from the reader reviews it seems like a fun hack/slash game.

Wow! Where did you get it for $25? Is that shipped? Who told you it was hit or miss?
Reader reviews are pretty hit or miss themselves, ha. :)
Hopefully the press reviews will start coming soon. I'm frankly annoyed that no one has reviewed it. I mean come on. It's not like there are tons of new releases this time of year.

you really need the manual to figure out how to craft items. got it off gamefly saturday. its an okay game but i would never buy it

Bummer... I was hoping this one would be a winner.
Why do American companies pick up such turds for localization here? Wouldn't it be better to pick up niche games that got good scores rather than bad ones? Assuming the Japanese press did not give this game good scores (which is probably an accurate assumption). I did a check and couldn't find what scores it got (released as Lost Regnum in Japan, whatever the hell a Regnum is).

maybe it gets better later but right now when you got to beat 8 dungons its sort of boring. Also with no manual you have no idea what the numbers mean when your crafting

well the game already got a full english translation when the asian version was released the beginning of the year

Its better then UNTOLD LEGENDS games thats for sure, but it fails when compaired to Dungeon Siege: Throne of Agony

i like untold part 2 more then this. anyone else play this. Is the game over after you beat the 8 dungons. if it is then this would be a very short game. *less then 10 hours
With lack of weapons or armor it seems a poorly made game. hell the orcs ds game had about the same amount of weapons LOL

so is the us playstation site's product page for this game incorrect in listing it as 2 player infrastructure enabled? Is it ad-hoc only?

The main factor is price. Something like this probably cost very little to license for a US release, and involved little localization, since apparently there was already an English translation in the original Asian release.
Frankly, with how poorly PSP games sell (even good ones) and how few PSP titles are released (Dec had 6 titles, including 2 movie tie in games and 2 budget titles), we should be grateful they are still releasing anything.

I can give a personal review; avoid this game until it hits the bargain bin :( No story, very basic hack & slash gameplay...better off getting Dungeon Siege: Throne of Agony.

ok. oh well. it looked promising. I have alot of $20 and under PSP games I can go get while I wait.
