Sealed Persona 3 for 40 dollars plus a question about Ninja Gaiden Sigma Collector

I bought it at Sears using a ten dollars off coupon. It's a wonderful game I hear, but will sealed copies be going higher than MSRP in the future? Should I keep it sealed and look for a deal on a used copy? This game seems to be difficult to find new as it is, let alone a few years down the road. What does everyone think?
EDIT: I also scored Ninja Gaiden Sigma Collector's Edition for 33 dollars after the B2G1 free at EBgames. Why is it going for 80 dollars on Ebay? It seems like a horrible collector's edition. Should this be a title to hold onto? I originally wasn't interested in Sigma.

It was a receipt coupon that I got two weeks ago. It's ten dollars off 50 or more using your Mastercard (not even your Sears card, just a normal Mastercard)
It expires the 31st. Sorry, I hae no scan.

Game Crazy is the only store I know that still has this game. I've never played any of the Shin Megami Tensui games. Do you have to have played them all to get the story? What's the closest other RPG to compare it to (Rogue Galaxy, FF 12, Shadow Hearts, .hack, Legend of Legaia, Legend of Dragoon?)

Yeah I don't know if your deal was YMMV or if someone just saw them in the case and bought them at full price because a local Kmart had 4 and boom all gone.. a local Gamestop still has 6 sealed copies though ;)

Yea I heard about that price and went to Kmart last week to pick it up (they had two left) but it was $49.99. I still picked one up though I am thinking of going back to pick it up the second but it is most likely gone.

Um cuz its hella rare. I still have one. tempted to ebay it and make some money, since i bought it for like 30 bucks off a friend.

I guess I would rephrase my question to why it's desireable. Oh well, I guess anything with a low enough print run will be rare.
I'm glad to have gotten it then. Plus I've been meaning to play Ninja Gaiden... though I hear they stripped some things out of the Xbox version.
