Buy.com Magazine Rebate circa September 07

Back in September, Buy.com was running a promo where if you spent $15+, you could get a free magazine subscription, or a rebate for $10. I bit on it along with GCO to get Persona 3 nice and cheap. However, I don't think I saved a copy of that rebate form, so I have no clue who it was with and where I could find out what the status of the rebate is.

Does anyone have the form or the address for status-checks?

Unfortunately it doesn't look like they indicate any way you can check the status of the rebate beyond probably sending a letter. And I should have received it by now.

I'm in the same boat as you. I'm pretty sure I should have gotten at least one of the rebate forms I sent out (I've sent around 3 total, 1 a few months ago, 2 more recently).

Has anyone gotten a rebate check from this deal? Just curious.

I was one of the ones who got it i think there was a post like this one
but it really took a while
