$45 for Ace Combat 6 and a wired controller?

Hey, I was wondering if $45 for Ace Combat 6 (used but only played once) and a wired controller for the 360 would be a good deal.

I would do it, If I needed the extra controller.

Considering AC6 is still going for around $50-$60, I would take the deal. The controller just makes it sweeter.
