I recently purchased the older model of the psp at consumerdepot.com (supposedly refurbished), but there is a slight problem. It arrived today, which was awesome enough, but the analog stick turned out to be a little wonky. It's somewhat...sticky, refusing to reposition itself, and it feels as if there's a missing ball bearing of sorts. Just curious if anyone could point me in the direction of stores that specialize in these kinds of repairs because the aforementioned site, consumerdepot.com, only provides refunds for merchandise. I figure shipping it back to them for a refund would cost about the same as a quick fix.

Sounds like you just need a new analog, but you have to replace it yourself by opening that sucker up. You can get one off ebay for $10, and you also need a very small scredriver. Youtube has videos about removing the faceplate/analog
