Maybe its on/off, apparently some get taxed some don't. I ordered it a few hours ago and got the .7 cent tax.

Anyway I hope the shippings fast, they said the range could be anywhere from 1-8 days I think.

The shipping is definetly something to be desired. While I did get a notification when it shipped it was a slow process. They pack it well and blah blah, no sales tax on that purchase so it was a good deal.

Just a bump here, this is the last day to get this deal, which is excellent in my opinion. Ordered the PS3 version on the 2nd, shipped today from TN, scheduled to come on the 7th. The shipping beats wasting $6 of fuel driving to the nearest Sears.
