Yes, it's shipping on January 8th. From the videos and previews, it's an interesting-looking game, but it seems to resemble more of a pack of interactive episodes with some simple investigation scenes. There are dialogue choice segments during the trial, and hopefully it'll have unique scenes for the wrong dialogue answers to add some replay value.

It looks to be worth getting for fans of the show, since many of the characters with their original voice actors are returning, except for Colbert's characters, who will be voiced by a substitute(s). However, it may also be worth waiting for a price drop if it turns out to be incredibly short. No online reviews yet, though it did receive an 80 from Playstation: The Official Magazine for the PS2 version and a 65 from Nintendo Power for the Wii version. According to the Metacritic summaries, both authors enjoyed the storyline and writing, but Nintendo Power thought that "there's not much happening in the gameplay department."

They should just reuse the graphical assets of Phoenix Wright.

Verdict seems to be that it's fun to play and just as funny as the show, but only takes roughly 5 hours to complete.
