I've snatched a copy at my HMV so it might worth a look for 20$. Haven't seen the game under 35$ anywhere else. YMMV

What version?
I've seen it for $25 at Best Buy (360):

Tell me how it is, too. I played all 3 other street games and loved them but I'm not sure about this.

in my humble opinion, Street Homecourt is a step up for the series in terms of gameplay (we got it the day it came out, even though it was 70 bones). it's really pretty to look at, handles very nicely, and the trick system feels a lot more refined than previous games.
the customization is a HUGE step down from Street V3 though. you can't make a female player (have to settle for the handful of WNBA pre-mades), and you're forced to "meld" two NBA players' faces together to make your own.
still, the gameplay is hella tight. hopefully they get the customization back on par when they (inevitably) release the next one, haha. 20 bucks isn't bad; i'd buy it if we hadn't already done so.

I've also had homecourt (360) since its been out and am currently selling it for $20 (no taxes). If anyone in Ottawa is interested, PM me or check out my usedottawa.com ad (http://dominic.usedottawa.com/) there are few other ds and 360 games. Just thought someone might be interested in saving the tax :)
