Futureshop deal: Free Virtua Fighter 5 with 40GB PS3

There's currently a deal at Futureshop where they are giving away a free copy of Virtua Fighter 5 with the purchase of a 40GB PS3:

It's a good deal to me personally since I wanted to play this game but I fear that there might a better PS3 sku down the road and a VF Evo, what do you guys think? Should I get it this week or wait?

It's the 40 gig, so they're just throwing in a "freebie" really. I think I've seen this game new for less than $30, maybe even at FS itself. But if you like that game, go for it!
