Great site. Have bought many a good product from them. Open box means the packaging was broken so they will be sending you just the controller without it's box.

I tried to buy one of these, and when I clicked submit order, it didn't do anything. So i clicked it again, and same result... So now i'm either getting ZERO of these (order didnt process), 1 of these (limit is 1 per customer), or 2 (clicked the button twice).

I have also gotten zero email confirmation.

Did any of your purchases just sit on the Submit screen when you clicked it?

It does say below the button "Once you click submit, your credit card will be charged and your order will be processed."

i bought something else from them recently, and got an email right away when my order went through, i'm guessing if they didn't email you, you aren't getting anything.
