I said YMMV because it says "this original certificate" and its obviously a scan. I'm trying to find out more info from AVSforum.com where I found it.

I got the same coupon with my PS3 today inside the box. Thankfully I have already purchased Black Hawk Down and Apocalypto so I'll be sending it off in the mail either tomorrow or Thursday.

BB had some $15 Blu-Rays last time I was in there, and Goodfellas might have been one of them. I too am looking for a cheap one to fill the 2nd movie, as I got Pirates during the TRU promotion.

I got mine in a PS3 purchased in 2008, ended up using the Amazon B1G1 with Goodfellas and Alexander, so those 2 and remote cost me 22.99 shipped!

Then its probably for the 40GB and 80GB. I got a 60GB and I guess I dont get it. Unless I can get a copy of the form and 2 BRs

Oh shit, this is actually pretty awesome. I just purchased Apocalypto and Dead Man's Chest on Walmart.com just a couple of days ago!:D
The only problem I have is providing the UPC codes (unless they're located on the inside flap like some DVDs). Anyone know if they're stingy about online purchases?

I already sent mine in, sorry. It is a two-sided coupon; I don't know if they'll let a one-sided copy work or not.

I can print a two sided coupon on glossy stock, and on card stock. I do need a high res scan though.
Was it glossy or card stock?

Got mine on 2/1/2008 for a total of just about 2 weeks. Not bad! I love the remote by the way, it's awesome that I don't have to waste the batteries on the contoller anymore and you can point it anywhere and it will pickup. Bluetooth FTW!!!

I don't see anything wrong with it being a photocopy...

Also, do the 2 movies have to be on the same receipt? I bought Goodfellas and Pearl Harbor during the time period listed....I would just have to print out my Wal-Mart order and my Best Buy Order...
