I have to sell the majority of my games due to getting my wife pregnant again, and having to pay $200 ER co-pays for my son because doctors and the insurance companies like to screw people over.

That copy of Persona caught my eye. I sold mine back in August figuring that the delayed Persona 3 hype would help bolster it. I ended up getting around $55 for it.

I do have a question, what is a good way to ship GBA games?

I always ship them First Class or Priority. You should package them in a cardboard box so they don't get crushed in the mail. It's a bit annoying to buy a game advertised as near mint/mint in box that arrives damaged because the seller packaged it in a bubble envelope.

Also, for all your auctions, you should use delivery confirmation. Don't make it optional. It will help you out if there's a Paypal dispute filed against you. It's more for your protection than for the buyers.

Make shipping by using Paypal. You only pay 18 cents for delivery confirmation. It aslo protects you from Paypal dispute.
