I saw a sealed Final Fantasy X black label version for $20 at a local store, and was wondering what the value on that was and if it is worth getting...I couldn't find any ebay auctions for it.
Any advice would be welcome...

If your just getting it to eBay I don't think it is worth your time. I figure you get $30 max?

Yeah it is basically for ebay...I just got a copy off Goozex and so this copy would be more for its value...

A sealed one can go for quite a bit. I have seen them go for ~$150 on Ebay. So yes, it is worth your time and money to pick it up.

The Square Enix one is worth more because they weren't printed in black label for very long. It shortly went GH after the merger. I doubt a Squaresoft copy has been sitting around for that long, so it's probably the Square Enix one.
Just the like the guy above me said, I've seen it go for quite a bit.

I want the copy but there's no way I can afford to pay more than $35 for that game.

I got it today...its the squaresoft version...I think I'll hold onto it for now, just so I can gauge the market.

It's only going to get more valuable. I mean cripes, the PS2 hasnt even been retired yet.

Did you also get it at Wal-mart??? I'm sorta reluctant to get rid of it now. I'm not saying it will be the next ff7 (at least in terms of rarity), but heck in a few years, it could certainly be worth 100+, maybe more. It seems like $80 is a standard price now, but that is hard to really say. The only one on ebay, and this is from a seller at the time with no feedback, is this:

Lol, I want a Wii now- I'm not going to wait another few years to make another $20. And no, I picked it up at a flea market. (I went for the zeppoles- go figure :D)
