Microphone recomendations for Skype

Preferably off of Amazon.com, are there any microphones you guys would recommend solely for chatting on Skype?

Well the first question is, if you have a ps2 usb headset, or a wired 360 controlled, would you be adverse to using them as your skype mic since both do work via usb.

Funny thing is all I've got is an xbox mic but the end only goes into the controller (unless there's a convertor for that)

Yes there is a converter for xbox mics, I have one, it is on Monoprice.

Also go check out your local Radioshack, I got a single earbud mic plus 30 minutes of Skype time for 2 bucks. It was clearenced out and they a had a ton of them.

EDIT: It has good quality too.

You take the end of the X360 mic and put it in the hole on that adapter and plug the other end into the microphone port of your PC.

That's the thing...it's not an x360 mic, just a xbox mic
