Why is it that every single gamestop manager is a complete Dick!!! No wonder their employees are too. I have not had even one pleasant visit there and still I continue to go...not sure why... anyway my case in point was just yesterday, I was half joking when i asked if they had any wiis and for the next 5 mins explained to me with his smug face why they were out...a simple no sorry would have been fine.

Once me and my freinds were laughing at the fact that rock and roll adventures for the wii was spelt rock and roll adnvetures on the spine. We werent loud, but the manager had an obvious hangover. He let out the loudest groan, and said ''shut up!''. Not that funny, but It was made better by the fact that there was 10 or so people in the shop, and I saw this woman run out of the shop when she heard him :D

I can see you're a bit of a CAG newbie so I'll briefly explain the well established CAG methods of dealing with Gamestop problems.
You basically have two main courses of action when dealing with a GS dick employee, but feel free to combine them.
1. Throw glitter on said employee while shouting "Glitter Bitches", this is know as the "Glitter Bitch". You should always be prepared with a vial of glitter for any GS/EB visit (I mean you wouldn't jump out of a plane without a parachute would you ?). It is also advisable to have a partner on hand to record your "Glitter Bitch" for later review.
2. Kick over a magazine rack. Another universally accepted method for GS vengence. While perhaps not as spectacular as the Glitter Bitch it does have the advantages of being simple to execute and more cost effective as no external supplies are required. This would be the preferred method for the more spontaneous CAG.
If you follow these simple rules, you should minimise any GS/EB frustration you may encounter.

I've never had them be rude to me. But they are annoying in the way they pester you to reserve titles. Do you want to reserve this, do you want to reserve that, it could be free if you trade in old games etc...
It's best to just avoid conversation with irrationally arrogant people. Trying to change the way they act will only waste your time. The way they act will negatively effect their lives much more than yours.

My biggest GS annoyance is the one local clerk (out of 3-4 "regulars") who will tell anyone, that any game is good. Someday he's going to sell the wrong person "The History Channel presents - The Civil War" and wind up getting shanked. I hope I'm in the store when it happens so I can throw glitter on him afterwards.

I tried to trade some games there once and they offered less than 5 bucks for each game and offered 25 cents for one of them. They weren't even that old either.

That's my biggest beef w/ GS. Their trade-in values are HORRIBLE. I bet that I could go in with a sealed non-GH copy of FFVII and they would offer, like, $15 for it, then turn around and sell it for $100.

They are not all dicks. Just enough of them to cloud your opinion of GS managers in general. We tend to remember people who are assholes more than people who are nice, or just normal.

You wouldn't be able to trade it in because if a game is sealed, it must be stolen. Also, they haven't accepted PSX games in years.
