Although this is just something stupid I found today, I'm wondering what you guys have found at stores and just couldn't believe you found it there.

Today I walked into the Fort Bragg PX and I actually found a 50 Cent Bulletproof pre-order disc. Normally they don't really do pre-orders and stuff so I was surprised to see it there, especially when it was listed for $0.01. I picked it up, but they couldn't ring it up and just gave it to me for free.
It had a few songs on it, but I just found it too hilarious to leave sitting there. Maybe I can get something for it on eBay, but its crazy to see a sealed pre-order disc for an old as hell game that flopped big time...I guess I'm the crazy one for getting it and adding it to my pile of junk.

I saw a Suikoden IV artbook in GameCrazy I think about a year ago. It was on the self with the guides. I had to look twice because I thought it was the guide before realizing it was the art book.

good job finding a preorder disc for one of the shittiest games of all time. im not trying to make fun of you op, but its a fact :)

to make you feel better, i found a sealed copy SMT: Nocturne at a cd/movie store that barely carried any games. the fact that it stood there untouched for 2 or so years was just puzzling. i asked the girl that worked at the place how long have they had it and she told me since it came out which was a few weeks after she started working there. she never touched it since putting it there.. the owner probably makred it down to $30 after awhile. it needed alot of dusting when i took it home but was worth the $30 i bought it for.

No, but that's kinda amazing that they even pre-ordered for that game since it wasn't even projected to do well. Wal-mart began selling it on the bargain bin 10$ sheet less than 2 months after it came out... and not because it went platinum.

Interesting story aside, CompUSA, prior to going out of business... was selling off their PC games. I managed to find pre-orders for games that were 5-7 years old. Of course, I wouldnt pay the dollar for them since there weren't notable games... nor were the offers on them valid anymore

Those Pokemon Colosseum Bonus Discs for Gamecube were pennied out years back.. I picked up 8 for no good reason (there were maybe 25 total) and sold every one for $25+ on eBay months later.
