I have access to a brand new Xbox Demonstration Case. (Glass front, Xbox colors, ventilated back, controller holder, reset button, etc.)
How much is it worth?
and
Does anyone want to buy it?
Thanks in advance,
Jeff

Are you referring to an Xbox case, a case that goes around the Xbox, or the bigass demo stands with the TV in them?

Yep, I'm talking about the large demo stands that the Xbox goes in, and the TV sits on top of. But this doesn't include the TV.

John, a guy I used to work with, is pretty big into selling videogame merchandise. He has access to three of these, and I was just wondering what the going rate for one of these is. Perhaps I could make a small handling profit and help John out.
So in answering how I got it, I don't have it yet.

I was thinking it might be cool to have one of these but at $400.. not quite as cool as I thought. :-)

Shipping would probably be a deal killer. $150-$200 would probably be a fair price.

Wow, I'd like to have one of those. Not for $400, though...

Yeah, I'm guessing shipping would be around $30 to $40. If they cost around $400 new, $150 to $200 would probably be a fair price. If anyone is interested in this case (I doubt it here on CAG), let me know, and I'll tell John.
Over and out,
Jeff

Last bump to stir up any offers, otherwise I shall forget that it even happened...

If I had the money, I would jump all over this. That would be so freakin' awesome.

Same here. It would be more for display than actual use though, seeing as how I'd have to open up the case just to change games!

Man, that wouldn't even bother me. I've got a flatscreen, and this would be perfect. I would not mind opening up the case to change the games at all.

it would be cheaper to make your own demo case... but there are nutz that want originals and will settle for nothing less
