I'd tear up Piano Hero, but I would want a toy keyboard... that shit was cool when I was 5, but not anymore.

No doubt about this if it were actually made. I thought this was old news though, as awhile back Drum Hero and other Hero game trademarks were made?
don't they also have a drum rythem game in japan? If they do I'm sure they will draw "inspration" from it.

I think DJ Hero is a new one, but they registered Guitar Villain, Drum Hero, and Drum Villain in the past.
