"DJ Hero" Patented by Activision

So recently I saw on Gamespot that Activision has recently patented the name "DJ Hero". I was immediately drawn to the idea thinking how cool it to be to have a game like that. However also Activision's Guitar Hero games have been less then stellar.

So what do you CAGs think? If this story is real and they are making DJ hero, would you buy it? Do you think it will be good? Do you think it will even come out?
