Thanks. It was good playing with some other CAGs again. I never get to play with any of the CAGs on Thursdays, as I am usually working.

I kept dropping out of the party on certain game modes due to the school servers being F'd somewhat tonight. My whole headset getting messed up was pissing me off too.

Yea, good times playing last night. Funny how people jump into the room, see a bunch of CAGz and just drop out real quick. We are already legendary huh? LOL.

As for the other games, Halo3 and TF, I am on the friends list for both so drop me an invite if people are looking to play and need another player. Would love to play some BTB in Halo with a team that uses some strategy or at least has some chatter going on. I played TF2 once or twice but didn't get a great feel for the game due to the XBL problems and my connection being poor, but I fixed my connection (NAT is finally Open) so I'd like to try it out again sometime.

Maybe calling tech support for your router? Couldn't hurt.

It took me forever to get mine open. I screwed up a lot of stuff along the way too, so maybe a call to your router company might be the best first step.

First, you'll see our classic hiding spot in .... I forgot the name of the level again. But the one with the tanks and sewers in the middle... Everytime we hide in this tiny house (ALL OF US), we end up winning, because shit, there's NO WAY that they can penetrate our defenses in there! This game, CheapyD graced us with his presence, and when they assassinated him...we went wild on their asses...but I think we still lost :(

And here's the result of CAG WAR I, in which we had two teams of CAGS, one with the tag: [CAG], and the other with the tag [CAG*]. So the CAGSTARS whooped our damn asses in a 2 out of 3 games war.

I'm starting up a CAG Grifball team on Halo 3 for the next Grifball.com tournament, hosted by RoosterTeeth, the creators of Red vs Blue.

If anyone's interested in playing for fun or for the team, shoot CAG Grifball a friend invite on XBL. I'll be using that to start up games, etc.

Games are 4v4, and each team can have alternates that cannot be changed once the season starts.

You know, if it weren't for Jimmiemac starting all this shit it wouldn't really matter now would it? I don't see why we need to be turning CAG against CAG when we really should be fighting the real bad guys: jackasses who use juggernaut in combination with last stand. All of this isn't helping form a cohesive community, which was the one thing that really drew me to this site.

Maybe its just because I like to play the game for fun that I'm not getting this whole macho "me pwn u" attitude. Either way, I'll be playing on Simon's team because I love his wacky ass too much not to.

I completely agree with xcoax. This all started when JimmieMac challenged us after we were complaining about trash talking idiots on MLG/Game Battles, and all those other cute little boys' clubs.

We are simply defending the gamers who want to play for fun, not to compete in every way, shape and form, just for the sake of "0oo0o0oo you're such a n0oB!!!! I pwned u cuz I'm so Pr0, dood!'

I love playing this game solely to enjoy it with [CAG]. But according to a few folks, including some of the ones we're facing, because we're not playing competitively in tournaments and other silly games, and because we're not playing only to bring our "stats" up, ....we "suck."

I'm not that great at the game. But what I excel at is being an awesome team player, being fun to play with, and not talking mindless immature trash for no reason when I'm online.

My attitude is, if you don't do it in real life, don't do it online. ...half of the people that have talked trash to me wouldn't dare talk down to me in person, so in that I take solace.

I think that after CAG WAR II, and after I get burned out on the new maps, I'm going to return this 8th rental, put in Team Fortress 2, and leave these cocky, trash talking shaq-fu-ers out of my gaming experiences.


...I just can't wait until COD 5 comes out, and all the dudes that live their lives on this game and treat people like shit just sit in a corner and cry because nobody gives a damn about their 10th level prestige.

...the same goes for any asshole who doesn't realize that VIDEO GAMES are just that. GAMES.

Well said guys. I'm not remotely competitive at games. I just hop online everyone once in a while to veg out and have some fun. I don't worry about wins/losses, kill death ratio etc. I just play to have fun. And yes, I suck because of it as I don't "practice" or log mad hours. I just hop on when I have nothing better to do and want to have some FUN.

Nothing wrong with playing more competitively. It's just not my bag and I hope this isn't a trend that ends up ruining our CAG gaming nights. Fine to have some seperate meet ups for the more competitive gamers, I just hope the uber competitive assholes don't spill over into our random games.

I completely agree with xcoax. This all started when JimmieMac challenged us after we were complaining about trash talking idiots on MLG/Game Battles, and all those other cute little boys' clubs.

We are simply defending the gamers who want to play for fun, not to compete in every way, shape and form, just for the sake of "0oo0o0oo you're such a n0oB!!!! I pwned u cuz I'm so Pr0, dood!'

I love playing this game solely to enjoy it with [CAG]. But according to a few folks, including some of the ones we're facing, because we're not playing competitively in tournaments and other silly games, and because we're not playing only to bring our "stats" up, ....we "suck."
