I'm disppointed that a PSP version isn't confirmed since that's what I play Puzzle Quest on.

I think I broke the demo, I think. Managed to move some gems when it wasn't my turn and some disappeared, causing the game to crash a few turns later.

It's way complicated compared to the original puzzle quest. Stuff slides from all angles.

Wasn't that hard once I figured out what gems were more important and trying to screw the opponent out of blue gem combos so he couldn't rebuild his shield while waiting for bombs to get close to each other. I'm looking forward to the full game now.
I noticed the "Buy Puzzle Quest: Galactrix" screen that pops up when the match is over shows a PS3 release alongside the DS, XBLA, and PC releases that are mentioned in the article in the OP. I guess that means it'll be coming to PSN, which is nice to have more options for platforms to buy it on.

I'm getting it on XBL for multiplayer. And when it tanks in price I'll get it for a handheld. Shit, this needs to be on iPhone too. Make that money!

I've been playing the flash demo over the last few days. Took me a while to get used to the new cascading system. I was firmly in the 'damn cheating AI' camp on the first day, but now I think I've got the hang of it. Won the last two.
Definite buy for me on the DS.

The demo took a little bit to figure out strategies and how to counter the AI, but I finally beat it and am really looking forward to the full game!

Argh. Puzzle Crack again? Least I will have a reason to play my DS again, as long as it's $20.
