Finding any kind of deals on points cards is extremely rare. They're essentially just gift cards, which are rarely, if ever on sale.
You can use the 10% off Gamestop coupon to save a couple of bucks, or you could just buy them off of your Xbox, and not worry about sales tax.

Honestly, head on over to Referral central. Sign up for some freebie sites. It'll take some work, but free points > better then discount points.
