I'm addicted to Halo Actionclix and I wanted to know if there are any places that sell them cheap. I think $10 per booster is too much for me now.

I know you can get the two-figure packs that Target was giving away with preorders last year on clearance now for $1.24. I guess these are exclusive figures.
There was a ton of them at my local store, but your mileage may vary.
As far as the complete boosters, a quick Google search should turn up some stores online that sell that sort of thing. Personally, I prefer to support my local comic store whenever possible, so I don't buy stuff like that online, but I know there are tons of online stores (here's one that sells them for $8.99 a booster (http://www.trollandtoad.com/Clix%2C-MK-%26-Other-Miniatures/2912-1285-2910p1n10.html)) that specialize in the various types of 'Clix. Yeah theres a ton of discounted haloclix at my target. All master chief..

I can't seem to find the Target Exclusives at any Target I've checked. :/

I've also seen buttloads of them, all the same 2 pack exclusive with Master Chief and an Elite. They were in an odd area a couple of aisles away from the games, with radios/alarm clocks and whatnot. You may have to check around the store and check clearance areas.
