How do you like your eggs?

Scrambled eggs with jalapeno peppers and cracked black pepper, some wood-smoked bacon, and a huge heaping of hash browns are my perfect breakfast.

Though, I will eat eggs sunny side up, but I won't eat the yolk, only the egg whites.

I usually cook my eggs omelet style. I like it very fluffy and uniform looking. I'll eat four egg whites most mornings. Occasionally I'll toss a yolk in there but its mainly egg whites for me. If I have salsa I'll put a bit on there.

I rub the yolks on my chest and biceps every morning after breakfast. The ladies can't resist it.

Man, I can't decide. Poached is great if done right, and I also like over-easy. When I eat them scrambled, I usually use a little bit of ketchup and put it on toast.

Fun fact from my friend who is a professional chef. Those big tall white pleated hats have a significance. There is something to the effect of 95 pleats in the true hats. This number signifies the 95 (?) different ways that one can prepare an egg. So, you might need more poll options ;)

over medium, cause runny whites are nasty, but a little runny yellow is great hehe. also have taken to putting a hole in a piece of bread, then tossing an egg into the middle of that to cook. no idea what that is called, but got the idea from V for Vendetta lol. my current breakfast, when i actually make it, is one piece of that eggbread concoction, and 2 over medium eggs. if i have a mighty hunger i will also have a couple pieces of toast with that. and maybe some bacon. :lol:

I love eggs any way except raw and sunny side up, but in an omelette is probably best. I like them with pepperoni, onion, green bell pepper, mushrooms, salt and pepper, and cheese. For the pepperoni I sometimes substitute sausage, ham, hot dogs, bologna, or bacon. In a real pinch, cotto salami or Spam would work.

depends on my mood some days I go with an omelet with peppers, ham, onions, bacon, and cheese. If I'm lazy when making breakfast I will just go with scrambled. One of the best things with eggs I have had recently was country fried steak on top of toast and hash browns with sunny-side-up eggs on top.

I typically eat scrambled eggs every sunday morning so I would say that it is my favorite breakfast meal but I'll eat eggs cooked in any variety.
