I don't think he will be able to buy it again, because when you buy something it disappears from the store or the buy button disappears and you can only use the download list to redownload.

-If he makes a new user (new slot for him) the download won't show in the PSN store. It's a new user and no purchases have been made under that account. So yes he could re-purchase til his wallet is dry.
-Just out of curiosity, Why is he gonna buy a game that he already owns??? If he hasn't shared-out that user, couldn't you just get what you want from him???

He's doing a long term group. That's what quite a few of us do to avoid this problem.

It's not 5 downloads per account, it's 5 PS3's activated per account. You can delete and redownload something all day long without a problem. As long as the 5 people are in that group and all 5 of their PS3's are activated on that account, then anything bought already and in the future on that account will be playable on any of those 5 systems.

You don't get taxed on PSN with a California address. My share group and my main account both use Cali addresses and I've never paid taxes.

But several states don't charge tax, you can use any that don't, those listed already and Florida, and Puerto Rico also don't from what my friends have said.

As long you're using the same exact ps3, you will not lose your right to redownload those games. That said, you may want to contact the owners of the accounts you have shared, before you do anything to make sure they're fine providing you the account details again (in case they've changed).

Yes, shouldn't be a problem at all. Only thing you have to worry about is adding funds from a different region if it's a long term group but you can always work something out with the members to get around that (paypal etc)

NO idea on if CAN PSN cards are good in the US or not, but the CAN user can always have someone else in the group buy one for him, buy one off ebay or another site or just paypal a member to add funds on their behalf. Either way sharing with people outside the same region works as long as you work out the payment details.

I know this is the wrong section, but since burnout paradise is a hot game and these new add-ons just came out I wanted to see if anyone else had this issue.

I'm not sure whether it was the Legendary Cars Add-on or the Add-on which lets you get all 75 Paradise cars, but when I installed them, it reset my fucking Online stats, example. My # of Challenges participated in, Takedowns, Rivals, Games played, Games won, Awards, etc.
