That would usually mean that they are cutting it some slack by saying "its not $60 good but for $10 I give it a 9/10. if they are saying its not even worth your $10 than it must be very personal taste specific.

I think the demo of Zombie apocalypse was really fun. Though the game can be make really easy if you can find the right spot to camp. But if you like challenges you can always stay around the field and try to avoid the zombies.

You can redownload it as many times as you want as long as your using the same PS3 as you originally did.

Hey Tyler,

The goal of the group is to buy new PSN games that a) has high ratings b) feels like a good price c) support trophies. We will also vote on PSN sales of the week that match our standards as well. It is by no means limited to that ~ anyone in the group can let me know a game they want added to the list. Any game that gets majority vote (3 out of 5) is bought.

I don't expect us to go too crazy with purchases, the above list should keep us all busy for quite some time. If you are in, please PM me your e-mail so I can e-mail you along with the rest of the group (and as part of the group, the three games you want will be voted on too).

As banjora said, you can re-download it as many times as you want as long as your using the same PS3 as you originally did. Also, while I haven't done it myself, apparently you can go into XMB account management and de-authorize your old PS3, and that add that account to a new PS3 (such as if you buy a slim), and then re-download everything again.

Also, it says something about copyright protection when I try to play a game that I've downloaded off my friend. Is it possible to resolve this issue or do I have to call Sony and see if they will try and do something for once?

Log onto user1, press triangle while over the icon for user1 and you can rename it to your own name. Your saves will then work again.

To resolve the copyright problem just log back onto your friends account, start the download again.

The part with only one PSN account can be activated on a PSP at one time is indeed true, since I have to annoyingly delete and activate different accounts when I want to play a game that I got from my main account and play Rock Band Unplugged which I got all the DLC from my RBU DLC Group. For now I know for sure that PSP DLC can be shared.

I checked the recent UMD legacy titles and the last PSN exclusive (Unbound Saga) and they are indeed missing the part in their description that states that the content may be activated on up to 5 consoles, which means that they can not be shared. Though I thought for sure that I did share Beats (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beats_%28video_game%29)when that was first released, so I am assuming that UMD titles will not be sharable and that some PSN exclusive titles may be sharable, though that could only be for past releases, and all future releases could be locked to one console.

When it comes to PSP Minis I guess we will have to wait till Thursday to find out about them.

Hmm, guess that means that the older releases still included the option for sharing, and its only the newer releases have it taken out. Guess they realized that they would lose out on a nice bit of money if all the brand new games were sharable with the PSP Go coming. Nice find.

You shouldn't have to purchase to find out if the PSP games and mini's are sharable, just look at the bottom of the description in the PS Store. If it states that the software can be activated on 5 systems, then it is sharable. If it doesn't then your out of luck.

We know from past releases for the PSP on the PS store that the older UMD and PSN games are indeed sharable with the newer releases in the last month or so are not. All PSP DLC, at the moment, is sharable.

If so aren't you only able to link one PSP/PSPgo to a PS3?

You can only have one account activated at a time on a PSP.

Example: Account 1 has God of War, Account 2 has Patapon...while account 1 is active I'm locked out of playing Patapon, vice-versa. You can activate/deactive accounts on a psp via the net.

Sharing is possible, but it's a hassle if you have multiple accounts.

Right, as much as I would like discounted games I feel finding a group will be a pain in the ass, as well as keeping it going. If the group falls apart that means another account will be needed which brings the activation nonsense into the picture.

yes, it does ask you to reactivate again... that's normal.

i had a long term gamesharing group that fell apart because someone decided to stop paying. i'd really like to join another group. preferably, one with very reliable people who aren't too cheap (i mean, you end up paying 1/5 of the cost anyhow) and say yes to most decent games. I would start a new one, but i just don't have the time. Also, i'd prefer the group to use google groups, so i don't have to constantly check a web page (google groups can be set to email).

Though I am not 100% sure, that should work.

You can have 5 PSP tied to one account at one time and have access to the games on that account (unless there are games that do not allow sharing. There are titles which do not state in there description that they can be activated on 5 different PSPs, it hasnt been confirmed if these titles are sharable or not)

And as long as you deactivate the account on your PSP 2000 you should have no trouble activating the account on the PSP GO and accessing the games.

That's all part of the game. Those are the risks you take. Best thing to do is maintain contact with the other members of the group.

There's no way to prevent something like that, which is why you need to find people you can trust. Basically if they change the account information you won't be able to redownload anything you already have, but you'll still be able to play what you've already downloaded. There's no way anyone else can deactivate your PS3 from the account short of calling CS.

Obviously, don't pool like $200 so one person can't burn it all then change the password, etc... It's pretty much an honor system. Find people who are reputable and you should be fine.

My first answer was more detailed but it sounded like you were confusing activation slots with user id accounts.

If you join a group it won't be on your account, it would be on a group made account, 5 activation slots, one per member. If you had 1, 4 or are completely maxed on slots on your own account doesn't matter since the group wont be using your account. If your asking about user ID accounts, as I said you need room for one, so be sure to be under 16 when you join one.

Gamesharing works the same way. You can share 1 account with 5 people total (including yourself). The code can only be used once, and then it is void.

Ok...I'm talking to a friend about gamesharing and I know I need his account info and such. But do I need to be logged into his account to play the games I download on my PS3 or can I stay logged into my account (after downloading the game) and just keep his account on my PS3...?

EDIT: also, does this work for add-ons too or just full games/PSN games?

You get his account info, download the games, and log out of his account and go back to yours and you should be able to play those games. This works for add-ons as well.

Just don't delete/remove the psn from your ps3.

You only need to be on your friends account to start the download, after that you can play it on any account on your system.

You are recovering so yes, just his psn. As long as its there on your hdd, your fine. But doing that, you are keeping his 'account'.

This is all you do. You make a new local account call it anything you want. Then sign into PSN with his user/password.

Go to the store and download history. Then just download any games he paid for. This will include demos and such so it maybe annoying.

Then logout and log back into your account.

You may then delete the local account of his off your PS3 or not. It's up to you.

You don't need to play the game under his account just download it and maybe install it at most.

You don't need to 'share' on the same system. Say you have WipeoutHD on one account, every account on that same PS3 can play that game without taking another share slot. Activations are on a per system basis. 5 PS3's total per account.
