As a few of you know, I am a fairly active trader here. My parents were always a little wary of giving out info etc over the web so they weren't very keen on me trading here at first. Well after my last trade my mother was heard to remark:
"That site really restores my faith in humanity." - Mom
If two cheapassas can restore one woman's faith in the world, just think about what all of us can do together!
Cheapasses UNITE!

So in one day we've become a cult restoring people's faith in the world? This could get dangerous.

Some moms have very low expectations from their children, especially in todays world. She probably celebrates when he ties his own shoes in the morning.

If you ever want to change her mind, show her the political forum.

That's priceless. I wish today's youth were actually faking a learning disablity. Unfortunately, most of them are just a bunch of dumbasses.

No shit. IF my mom read this site (and she won't because I'm not a child that mommy monitors) she'd seriously wonder about some of the topics. "Uh, what does that have to do with video games?" I don't think her reading some of the posts here would restore her faith in humanity.

Gah!!! I hate being the friends and family in-house tech support!!!
Get a degree in Computer Science and then a job in the industry and you automatically go on the speed dial. I swear, I should learn to speak Hindi... they'd probably stop bothering me then :)

Think of it as an opportunity to totally mess up their computer and get your revenge for all those years of harassment!
My bro-in-law is employed as a computer techie, and I've never asked him for tech support on my PC. Why? BECAUSE HE DOESN'T LIKE ME. Why would I give him the chance to totally mess up my PC? If my PC blows up I at least know it is due to my own crappy tech-support skills, and not someone's elses.
