None of them are rare. At all.

I don't know what would be rarest since none are really that hard to find.

I will say, that despite what I've read about it, tha SaGa Frontier 2 is one of the best PS1 RPGs out there. I got it for free(my freind jenna gave it to me as a birthday gift, along with Chrono Cross and FF:T(WOOHOO!)), but i dont know if its rare.

The highest price on Ebay is about 25 bucks(but that doesnt mean anything, really).
