Fuck...just had the best match of frontlines fuel of war.

We were out numbered, but had killed the other team down to about 20 tickets while we had something like 190.

But damn they were a organized bunch they continued to sneak around and steal our tanks and copters while blowing up all the cover we had. The building I was in got so blown up I was literally hiding behind a piece of the roof that had falling from an air strike.

It was basically spawn....run screaming for you fucking life...dive under what little cover was left and try to blow something up.

That's a tough one. If my gut told me the guy was being truthful I'd probably offer to refund him once he sent back what he got. But you could reply with something like "I'm very sorry to hear that but I sold the game to you as new/sealed and a problem like this would need to be taken up with the game publisher by you."

Be prepared for him getting POed and filing neg FB. Not sure how PayPal would rule if he disputes as SNAD and he could potentially get his money back direct from his credit card company as well.

On the Tracking Site it has no mention of anything being tampered with or opened.

I just responded to him saying that I'm sorry the game was in that condition but I shipped out a new game, and if you opened the game to find no UMD then you need to take it up with the publisher.

This is why I'm glad Nintendo doesn't have voice chat. Having to hear that during Smash Brothers would be a dealbreaker for me, especially since the taunts seem to work pretty well as it is. I don't know - if it's anything like voice chat in other games I've played, it seems like it'd detract more than anything else.

If they find a way to reproduce the experience of sitting on a couch with your friends, trash talking each other until somebody storms out of the room after he gets hit by a blue shell, red shell, and lightning bolt in five seconds, I'd be interested.

It's a good thing I don't have a car right now, because I probably would've cracked and gotten something...which, after $50 on Smash Brothers and with the impending purchase of football tickets, wouldn't have been a good idea.

I wasn't expecting to like PATD, but I gave the album a shot when I found it for eight bucks before they took off, and it clicked with me.

Tally Hall's first album is going to be rereleased in two weeks on April 1st, which is something I'm looking forward to - a good local band getting a major label release is definitely cool to see, especially when you had the first version of the album three years ago. :)

I'd ask him to take it up with the publisher and say I'll refund if they are unwilling to help him out.

I think most would disagree with me on the refund bit, but that's what I'd do. You could try something like asking him if a 1/2 refund would be acceptable since you are both sort of boned in this situation.

I was dead tired yesterday after I had trouble sleeping (for the first time in a while) the night before. Anyway I was playing my last Halo 3 match of the night before hitting the hay (and this was really going to be the last as I'd already had my "This should be my last match" match and my "Well maybe one more but that's it" match) when a crew of CAGs invited me in. I jumped in intending to say "Hey guys just wanted to hop in quickly here and say I'm going to bed." Also, I'm a bit late -- but I bought a sealed DQ8 (PS2) from BB in May 2006. I opened it Jan 2007 to find it had NO discs or manual. Not sure how that happened, but I'm guessing someone bought it, took the discs and everything out and then resealed the cellophane with superglue, returning it so I got screwed.

I called BB, they tracked the purchase via my RZ and were nice enough to refund my purchase by sending me a giftcard for the purchase amount.

There’s a weather resistant case too. Some people say that makes them better than regular guys. Maybe I even agree with that. But I’m the one with the gun.
Last week we found one hanging out in front of an apartment. We don’t know why they come back for sure. All we can do is guess. A lot of them are found with their low battery icon glowing. They run on a single AAA alkaline, and two come in the box, right next to the two adhesive strips. And they can’t change it themselves. Some of us regular guys think that’s what they’re after. But that doesn’t make sense to me.
That one outside the apartment. I caught it before 8:00 AM, when the MAX record resets. The MIN record resets at 8:00 PM, every day, but that’s not as important. The MAX showed me that it had been somewhere warm. Space isn’t warm at all. I figured that meant it had been hiding somewhere.
