Dreamcast just got here... they sent me an RF adapter with the wires hanging out of it (where it should be flush with the unit, you see red yellow white wires.. not RCA mind you, I mean the actual wires that are SUPPOSED to be in the cord) and... get this... a completely broken fucking controller.

call them, they should give you a new one. I orderd Icewind dale 2 new from them, and the box was open and the game was not there. I called, and they sent me a new one right away, I didn't even need to send the first one back in.
I have a broken N64 sent to me about 2 weeks ago.. Just got another and it works. :)

My Dreamcast came with an RF instead of a AV and a power cord for some other system. I let them know and they will be sending me both on Monday.
Yeah I had to send it in.
They credit you shipping by the way.

Guess what? The fucking console is shot. I just bought another controller from Game Crazy and it didnt work either... the ports are fried. Thanks a lot you FUCKING COCKS

Damn, that's the way my Dreamcast is, except to a lesser extent. Only the first controller port is burned out, but I plan to get a new Dreamcast soon since they're so cheap right now.

When I got my DC from them the RCA cable didn't work. This was not a problem because I use a s-video cable for DC. The controller was really dirty too.

I sent an email to EB telling them to go fuck themselves, and went to a local, reliable game store (alas, no Dreamcasts in stock at Game Crazy) and paid $25 for one. I was playing NES Contra on it a little bit ago. Lots of fun. A little bit of Shenmue and Seaman as well. Good stuff!
Oh, did I mention I got World Series Baseball 2K2 for a mere 79 cents? Where? Why, at Game Crazy, of course! (after 20 cent employee discount)
