where can I find a Ps2 Peripheral adaptor?

I was thinking about purchasing some dance mats for Into the Groove for the ps2, but of coruse they can't connect. I thought that a company made something like this for Guitar Hero, but I can't find it anywhere online do they still make them or is my best bet ebay.

Finding them is pretty hard. Some CC or Gamestop locations might have them, but they have been discontinued (partially because of false advertising I believe with GH2).
