All I have to do is cancel my offer I just did (thats against ToS), also I can just sign up several more times with the same name..just different e-mail address'.

So if I was his last referral, he submitted his claim for his prize. Prizes with TRAINN are NEVER instant. It takes a few days to verify, to make sure all the referrals are valid as well as his offer. This usually takes 4-5 days.

I am not new to the freebie scene at all.

Pay half now, then half when you get paid. You can't change agreements as you go along.

Well I just notified 2 mods in regards to the issue since teh agreement all of a sudden changed. I need an answer if you will be meeting me halfway by paying half now then the rest when you get paid?
