Anyone ever see this version of the DS?

That sure looks cool...but it is a fake...good looking one though. Goto IGN though...they have new pics of the lastest look of the DS. (its changed recently)

Nice mock up, pretty damn close to the actual thing.Heres hoping nintendo will realease multiple colors.

Yeah, I've seen the newest change. It looks super sexy. I just thought this was an interesting pic.

If you read the article, they never said that this was the Nintendo DS. They asked a design company to draw a mockup of what they thought it would look like.

The folks doing the mock-up appear unfamiliar with the real-world issues involved. The sloping ends of the thing would make it very annoying to shove in a pocket or most other storage areas.

The GBA in the logo is another misfire. The designworks people seem entirely unfamiliar with any of the business and marketing issue involved, too. While backward compatibility is an important feature the last thing Nintendo want is for this to be seen as a extended GBA instead of a entirely new high-end portable.

Yeah its just some artists rendition based on the few spec's nintendo put out there were tons for this gen (ps2, xbox, GC) several years ago . They're always good for a laugh and someimse they're just really cool looking

Has anyone seen the new design of the DS? It appears in the new GI. Its similar to the E3 version, but looks much sleeker.
