The last time I played a Nascar game I think was on the PS2 and the only reason it was fun was b/c I'd play it with friends and try to crash either lol.

I second that. But I am looking forward to 09. They said they have fixed the steering and made it more forgiving.

I hope so because 08 was unplayable without the wheel. Online was broken too, most people couldn't make 1 lap without wreckin' and bringing out the caution.

Played the demo, the graphics sucked and the gameplay wasn't good either. Nascar is boring vidoegame wise anyway.

I do somewhat. I enjoyed 2003 (I think) especially the reinact classic races and events mode. I also enjoyed Dirt to Daytona. Don't know much about 08 though , and even if it was good , it's still too expensive for a sports game. For me , official sports game are $20 or less or no deal.
