** Thanksgiving / Black Friday Message from GFC **

Thanks for the Thanksgiving/Turkey Day/Gobble Gobble Gobble Day wishes :) I had a great Thanksgiving Day despite having to clean my old place all morning (spent about 5 or 6 hours scrubbing, vacuuming and generally just beating myself up to clean as spotless as I could). The dinner was excellent and now I have to go to sleep regretfully. I'm so bummed that I have to miss out on Black Friday this year, but the good news is that with the Package Forwarding (PF) order system live you shouldn't have to. Just send your packages to our UPS address on our website and you should be golden.

Let me say one last time: If there's an order you want that is time limited (especially on Black Friday where sales often sell out in an hour or less) use Package Forwarding. For items that are less of a rush and can be ordered any time use the traditional Direct Request. Thanks again everyone, I'm very thankful to have all of you as customers and friends =) Keep in mind this is our busiest season of the whole year so waiting 1-2 weeks to process an item is a legitimate possibility. We'll do our best not to get backlogged too much though. Talk to you all soon :)

Fog, of course we do :) The only caveat is that we have to mark them at or close to full value on the customs forms so you may be required to pay duties/customs taxes. Let me know if you're interested. Thanks!

Well guys, I survived Black Friday at the casino and by the looks of it a lot of you got some good deals (42 new PF Orders!). I got up for work at 2:00 AM and only just got home now at 3:30 PM...long day! It'd be a pretty great one if I didn't just get the terrible news that the only Tim Horton's coffee shop in my town (and in the area) has closed. Apparently all of them in Connecticut are closed or closing. Say it isn't so! I set out to get a coffee immediately (I love their Frozen Cappucinos) but it was too late. Tim Horton's is entirely gone in my state :( I may just have to move to Canada...

Telepathy they cost about $37.00 USD to ship - $40.00 (each) depending on the model and packaging used. Still, Buy One Get One Free is the best deal I've ever seen on these TE Sticks. Definitely worth it!

Everyone, I'm up to my ears in orders (DR's and PF's) so please note I probably won't have most orders updated on the site until Monday Night ... in the meantime I'll process all DR's I can. For 2 in one package it'd be $52.00 USD shipped approximately (I've never shipped two at one time) but that's based on weight. There'd also be a total of $23.00 Service Charge assuming it weighs 20+ pounds. If it's just under 20 pounds then it'd be an $18.00 service charge. Hope that makes sense. Thanks!

I'll make the assumption that you were able to order NFS: HP (Invoice #1511 - Order Number: 123853948) as I see that the sale was also available through Amazon.com through GYROS. NFS:HP was almost sold out at most retailers I visited that had it at that price which got me worried.

Yes Shadow_nine I got it from Amazon as it was almost instantly sold out on Best Buy.com. They charged $5 more for it but only came out to about $2.50 after you figure the tax thing and such. Thanks!

Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit is "Limited Availability" at the Target store closest to Uncasville. It's possible that there might not be any copies left. What happens if I order the game and it's not available during this busy sale? After all, Uncasville is pretty popular as a place to gamble at the Mohegun Sun.

It's alright. GT5 is more than enough for me as of now. Thanks for clarifying Target's "reputation" in this regard. Sounds like Canada's version of The Source LOL.

lustyhitter, not a problem. Target has a good reputation for quality but a bad reputation for sales (locally anyhow, maybe not nationally). Enjoy GT5 though, it looks incredible!

chingster, I haven't located your headphones yet but I assume they should be in. I have about 60 packages still to process and picking up new ones tomorrow as well. My casino job had me working 40 hours straight through the weekend and with the rush of Black Friday and such I just have been playing catch up. I'm working again this morning and then I'm off the next two days, which I'll be largely spending doing GFC work. I have about 5 more DR's to process and then it'll be all PF orders. I'll be doing a lot over the next 2-3 days. I'll keep you posted. Thanks :) Sorry for the wait, this is always a really insane couple of weeks for us with the holiday rush. IronmanD, the UPS store we used was closed for the week of Thanksgiving and re-opened today. We're going tonight to get the new packages so it should be there. We'll be shipping out items all throughout the week so we'll update GYROS as we open the new packages :) We have 150+ orders now to process lol so we'll be quite busy ourselves. Goomba, I did a PF for order #1599069148. That order only includes Call of Duty: Black Ops for PC. Is is possible you can combine that order with my previous order #436114367, the one with a bunch of blu-ray movies. I'm pretty sure you bought the blu-rays when they were even more discounted then what I originally paid for, it should come up to around $6 extra that I paid you. You can keep the extra money if you can possibly combine the order for me.

I placed an order on Target.com for Call of Duty: Black-Ops (for PC) and the tracking site said it shipped to your address today. The order should have been a PF on GFC under #2011011017. Just a heads up Goomba. It seems lots of BF orders from Amazon are being duplicated. (Amazon is sending two of the same item with the same tracking number and same invoice, and only charging for one item)

Potentially Great News Everyone: I trained my wife today to process Package Forwarding (PF) Orders into my system here. What this means is that if she gets good at it, she can potentially cut down on a lot of behind-the-scenes processing I do which will let me focus more on the meat and potatoes: packing and shipping items. We're probably a week or two away from her being fully trained but that'll be a huge help :).

Also, I'm doing another UPS run tomorrow morning which means we should be at nearly 100 packages. I'll ship out as many over the weekend as possible. They just keep pouring in ^_^. GYROS will be updated Saturday afternoon as fully as possible as well. Thanks guys for your support. I'll try to keep these packages moving.

Can you let me know where the Nexus One car holder was ordered from? I've been looking for accessories for mine (the car holder and the dock in particular), but have had a hell of a time locating places with anything in stock.

Surprised to find another Nexus One owner here actually, as none of the major providers really support it (except for 2G/edge... ew), and though the carrier I'm with is growing, their coverage is really limited. It's the only phone I've ever owned though that continues to give me a boner to this day haha, usually I'm bored with them in under a week.

Just got back from a 2 hour round trip journey to the UPS store and picked up almost 60 new packages (2 shopping carts full) so you can guess what I'll be doing this weekend in-between working and sleeping. Also, I may end up going into TSD (Total Shut Down) mode around Christmas until the first or second week of January. I want to start implementing my new payment system but it'll be hard if I continue processing so many orders.

I'm not sure exactly what or when but I think closing at least one of the services temporarily for a week or two would be long enough. I'd of course process all existing and any back-ordered orders, but wouldn't take on any new ones. We'll see though, I'll of course let you know if I decide to do this. Thanks again guys :)

Just wanted to let you guys know we're experiencing the most packages we've ever received. This week alone we've received almost 200 so you can imagine this will likely be another week or two before we get everything straightened out. I've added about 70% of the orders to the GYROS page but you'll notice many have blank status updates. As we open the packages and sort them we're updating the GYROS and sending out invoices. I'm trying not to estimate the weights because it'll resolve in more back and forth, so doing it this way leaves no room for error. Also, a TON of you guys ordered multiple items that came separately in different packages from Amazon so tracking them down and seeing which orders belong to which people is a bit of a trick, but we're slogging through it.

1) You can order with DR service. Just put in a Direct Request and put the MAX bid you want to buy the item including the shipping charged to ship to USA from the eBay seller. So if you want to bid $20.00 max and the seller charges $5.00 put in "$25.00" as the item price. If we lose the item we'll refund you 100% but if we win the item for less, we'll apply the extra funds towards your shipping to Canada and such. If an item is a Buy it Now item, then just include the BIN price plus the shipping to USA as the item price.

2) You can order the item yourself and ship to our Package Forwarding (PF) address.

I'm glad the book is great; Starcraft 2's CE book showed me what I had been missing out on. I'm still kicking myself for not picking it (ME's book) up for $30 at launch :bomb:

Anyways, if (more likely when) I'm outbid can I switch the order for one off the Amazon marketplace? There are a few that are 39.99 with 3.99 shipping so it comes out to be around the same and they all seem to be about the same quality (minor shelf wear).

I went to a slight extreme here because I didn't want to bug you over something totally unfounded, but since you don't use dates on GFC, I used prior CAG posts to find my relative position within the orders.

Believe me, I don't enjoy bugging you at all, but out of all the items on the "shipped" page, mine should predate ALL but the top 5-10. It was a PF order, but I even went to the extent of using Amazon Prime in order to get it to you quickly, as the order was 9 days before Black Friday (and as such, should also beat that particular rush, even though I understand you must be swamped - though probably can't even fathom just how bad it really is). The point though is that there should be very little reason for it to be affected by the BF orders, especially when I didn't order a single thing during that time or contribute to that particular mass of orders in any way, you know what I mean?

I have ordered quite a bit from you in the past but I don't expect that fact to get me any special treatment. I just hope that it's not alternatively causing anything to be delayed in order to give new (and potential repeat customers) faster service at my expense. Especially with the simple fact that I got a more than comfortable enough margin on BF that by all rights it should suggest you haven't even BEGUN to deal with BF/CM orders, though that's clearly not the case.

I really hate getting on your back about things but this was a Christmas gift for a relative 6 hours away that I'm going to be with during the holidays. I've been stuck without a computer for the last little while and have resorted to typing all of this on my phone because I don't know if there's even enough time left. I'm not sure why this has happened but hopefully it was just an error. I really need you to look into this immediately and hopefully deal with it immediately. A simple PS3 game I got a great deal on and was hoping to have well in advance, very inexpensively... well, I have no idea how its going to turn out now, and for the first time in all my GFC orders I am genuinely frustrated.

Anyway, the game is Heavy Rain and the order number is 1214342180. I hope you will promptly look into it and just as swiftly handle it. I have a Nexus One Android phone, so (push) gmail is a fairly fast way of contacting me, but obviously you have my phone number too (or at least HAD, when you tried to call me heh), and obviously if it's something that requires a bit of back and forth, nothing beats voice communication. But responding on the forums alone will waste a fair bit of time.

Anyway, typing such a long post on a phone's touchscreen keyboard is borderline torture and I've probably communicated MORE than everything necessary, so I'll leave it at this. I hope to hear from you shortly.

Lets say I wanted to order something from an American website that only accepts american forms of payment and whatnot, and I live in Canada, what do I do?

Do I fill out a direct request? If that's the case, I just put in my shipping information/name, and then link to the item? Then what happens? Is it bought for me and then I'll have to pay through paypal whatever the charge? Just not sure how this process works exactly...

Thanks a bunch IronManD. No problem. I understand it's a bit frustrating to be new to a service and not receive an immediate response. Plus, the holiday delays are just something inevitable with my little company as it's just me (and occasionally my wife) processing and shipping. Between two "real" jobs it means I only have a few hours a day to devote to GFC but that'll be changing in April once I get laid off from my University of job of nearly 6 years, so GFC will be a full-time day job for me. That's when I really intend to do a lot with the site and who knows..maybe I'll even have enough money to hire some help :)

I really appreciate your follow up though. Thanks for letting me know my service still works even if it's a big jet-lagged during the big holidays ^_^. Things will be running quite smoothly in January again.

With Black Friday, Goomba slows down quite a bit due to having to sort through the hundreds of packages he has. If you see how much he has just for myself, you can get an idea of how much he is trying to backlog through while still working full time.

I can understand why BF/post-BF orders are backlogged (and to expect anything else is frankly silly) but despite your reassurances I do have to admit I'm feeling a bit ignored at this point concerning how in the dark I am about my order placed well in advance of BF to begin with (tracking shows you received it a month ago - less a single day, actually - and a Christmas gift for a distant relative I'll be going to see on Thursday, of all things).

But I find it hard not to when you seem to not just be replying relatively promptly to almost every other post and are apparently tackling massive BF orders already while appearing to have skipped my tiny order placed before even the BF flyers were sent out, let alone when the sales actually started.

Maybe I'm to blame for sticking you with a novel every time I post lol, and god knows you've made more of an effort than you had to for me on more than one occasion... so I can't help feeling a little guilty coming on and bitching but for the fact that I'm absolutely dumbfounded as to what is going on, and that what should have been a very comfortable amount of time to get this (intended) Christmas-present-to-be to my doorstep is now at the point that I could buy it here at full price for the cost of shipping it here on time, which either option sadly enough I couldn't even afford at this particular moment even if you were to magically meet the dual requirements of sending it out this weekend and using a courier that both of us would probably rather never deal with again heh.

I guess the reason I've clearly got a stick of mistletoe up my ass this time around is just that I literally don't have and for that matter can't even get a gift for this one individual now who in all likelihood will feel even more confused and ignored than I do right now, with my prior post singly ignored (seemingly, anyways) and not being able to spot any rhyme or reason to the order in which things are processed... it certainly doesn't appear to resemble anything chronological - and if it actually IS so-processed, then that would seem to just make an even more genuine case for being ignored.

So I can only be left to think that maybe I offended or otherwise wronged you in the past month or two, although if that's the case I don't have the slightest clue what it might be :/

emjaymj, I'm sorry I completely missed your wall of text posts on here once it went over to the new page. For that I do apologize. As for the process of orders with order numbers later than yours showing up, it's not quite how it appears. A lot of those orders were placed before yours but due to the overwhelming amount of orders we got on BF I just never got around to entering them into GYROS. As always, GYROS isn't a rule of thumb it's more of a convenient way for me to keep track of who has what, which orders go where and what needs processing. The numbers for the order numbers themselves are random and the first set of numbers are simply Quickbooks reference numbers.

But yeah anyhow, I'm sorry that your game wasn't received or processed quicker. We process everything as quickly as possible but with the holiday rushes and literally hundreds of packages there's simply no way to have normal turnaround times. I had messages on the site though stating that it would get backed up more than likely. We are happy to help you guys get your packages but unfortunately there's no way for us to guarantee holiday delivery or any delivery date in general unless we've got no backlog and the buyer is willing to pay for overnight delivery or something similar.

So again, you didn't offend me or do anything. I'd never intentionally delay a package for something so trivial. The only time I wouldn't mail out an item is if it's unpaid for, or if an item is a multiple-item order and I have only received a portion of the order. Period. I try my best to always ship in the order I receive items in, and it simply makes good business sense to do so. I don't play favorites and I don't give preference to any of my customers no matter how long they've been with me.

So please don't take it personally! Tell your friend who you bought the gift that it's on its way and give them my sincere apologies for the holiday delay. We're almost through the rush =P.

** GFC PARTIAL SHUTDOWN (Coming Wednesday 12/22/2010) **

Just wanted to give you guys a heads up. On this upcoming Wednesday I plan to partially close off the GFC services (Package Forwarding mainly) on the site. This is because we've been using the PF 1.0 system for too long and it still requires a lot of manual editing since it's based on the old DR Classic form. This form has you enter your item info but doesn't prompt you to estimate shipping weights or pre-pay anything, which means that we have to do all the billing and invoicing manually as we did in the old days of Direct Requests. This was fine when we only did 1-2 PF requests a week but these days 90% of our orders are PF which is why we are getting backlogs again.

The new system will be developed over a 2-3 week period (possibly 4 weeks but I really don't intend for it to take that long). What this means is that Direct Requests will still be available on the site and we'll continue to process all existing orders (DR and PF) but the PF form will not be publicly available on the site, or at least not directly. We will still have the PF service running but with a disclaimer that our services will be severely slowed during the rebuilding process. So if you don't mind us holding onto your items for a few weeks and manually invoicing you as we've been doing, we will make it available on the site, but otherwise you'll get a message saying that it's coming soon (PF 2.0).

I want to stress this again: It will not impact existing orders. Rather, it'll allow us time to ship all the BF and Christmas orders out and get ready for the new year. Having an automated PF system in addition to the automated DR system will make our site much, much more efficient and less prone to slow down. More on this soon. Thanks guys!

Yeah Goomba I understand the whole thing about the rush right now and that order/invoice numbers can't really be used to determine this, but I was actually going off posts by people implying orders made AFTER mine, and since I used Amazon prime to get it to you quickly, it still seems like a safe bet that you shouldn't have received it afterwards, or at the very least significantly later.

And I get that you can't guarantee delivery times, and even though I believe when I placed my order you hadn't yet put up the warning about delays, I know by now to usually expect them anyways :lol:

What really got to me though is that it seems very apparent you're processing Black Friday orders already, some of them quite massive, when my order not only comfortably predates Black Friday, but as I already mentioned, I even resorted to using Amazon Prime... so the idea that the package was received after so many Black Friday orders just totally confounds me still (an order that I placed on the 30th I have no illusions about though heh)

So I understand what you're saying about your process and for the most part am familiar enough with GFC to have already been largely aware, but that's actually precisely why it's left me so confused! Anyway, not much I can do about it, not sure if I've effectively communicated it, but I'm just expressing my own personal frustration, and I apologize that its hardly the best place to vent it.

The thing is last month I only had 4-5 UPS pickups total so it's quite possible that some of your packages got mixed in with the BF orders even if they were ordered beforehand. I try to open boxes in the order I get them but they pile up so quickly in my two cars, our basement, our living room and now our kitchen area lol so some packages may fall through the cracks and get processed later. I'm still working out a better system on the site and in the physical work space as well. No hard feelings though, I know you've been a really very loyal customer and I have no ill will towards you or anyone else for that matter.

I'm thinking though in the future I may not combine orders the way I do now. Right now a lot of people put in separate orders for each item they order but this makes a flood of orders that they want to combine. It'd probably make more sense to ship orders as groups they way they were requested. So if a person puts 3 games in one order, that's fine but if they have 6 orders of 3 games each, it makes more sense to ship out in 6 shipments. Doing that would probably make a lot less confusion for me as well as I have to sort multiple item orders which compounds the problem.

I'd actually prefer to see the opposite, as that will drive costs up on shipping to the point where it may not be worth doing.

What I'd suggest is just open and categorize everything as it comes in like a retail store would do for it's stock room. Put all the games that come in in one pile with the invoices attached, all the movies in one pile with the invoices attached, etc.

Then when you go to ship items out for people you just pick from your stock everything showing in your database that person wants sent out to them, and ship it all together =)

This would of course require lots of room on your end and maybe a more sophisticated inventory/order tracking system, but it's easily doable and I would think would make your life a lot easier!

gsrce, one other thing. My basement right now is mostly just boxes and boxes and boxes of our stuff from our old place. Once I settle into this place I hope to sell/auction and junk a lot of the stuff which will clear up a huge area. Eventually I do hope to build a more intelligent sorting system for games/movies/items like you said, but in the meantime it's not very workable. Also, I don't want to keep items around too long as that leads to unhappy customers and backlogs :)

The "good" news is that I'm getting laid off from my University job mid April which means GFC will be a full time job more or less for me at home, which is a lot more than the time I have allotted right now. With the new PF system I'm developing and more time it seems very reasonable that I can come up with something that works easier. Though I will have a 2-month old newborn by then as well ^_^.

I guess I can at least UNDERSTAND what happened if you were doing less frequent pickups around then, and I really hate the idea that I probably come across as whining here... but though I have an idea nohb
fof how it happened and know it wasn't malicious, nor something as absurd as having been singled out or anything absurd like that, I still can't help but feel really disappointed about it (and yes, that world's smallest violin you're playing sounds beautiful) as really feel it could have been handled a lot better (though I don't exactly expect sympathy of any sort, I also don't intend any offence or ill-will as a result.)

Perhaps though, maybe next time you anticipate such a hectic shopping day/week/whatever, you can pick up package forwarding orders placed ahead of time, a day or two before (or mayb even better, the day OF), and just set them aside to be processed first. That way earlier, general purchases aren't massively (and somewhat unfairly) delayed by later sales rushes? Just a card for the old suggestions box and i apologize if that sounds like myself dictating to you how things ought to be run.

Regardless, Merry Christmas, as I very likely won't be around to post until the new year. And who knows... if you manage to find the game soon enough and send it, my little brother may be able to forward it to where I'm staying express... unfortunately he can't make it because his work involves some important government and commercial contracts for snow removal. Everything would have to go perfectly to even have a chance at it working out but maybe I'll be witnessing a (almost negligibly tiny lol) Christmas miracle heh. If you do get to it sometime soon and you need additional shipping funds... I may not be around at the time but hopefully you know I'd always square things up when I get the chance without even the slightest foot-dragging. Though after my recent posts I'd completely understand if you felt unwilling to do so.

There are actually plenty of mail-forwarding businesses but the process is typically very different and MUCH more expensive. Most orders through Goomba are to save money (although on occasion things just aren't available in Canada), but saving money is not really a possible outcome with these businesses, and their services tend to cater more towards companies and professionals for actual business reasons. Importing a video game or something along those lines is just not at all practical or remotely cost-effective.

And even among those businesses (even if somebody DID have a smaller-scale model similar to Goomba's) I could only really name a few, though none of them in the UK, and none of which I can vouch for their reliability. And all of them work with a more expensive, primarily B2B model. So while there are plenty of mail-forwarding businesses operating just about everywhere, if you're looking for a counterpart to Goomba with an accent and bad teeth, I wouldn't hold my breath.

Just so you guys know, I'm shutting down the Package Forwarding (PF) service in an hour or less. This is to alleviate the backlog on the service. I will still offer the PF service for those of you who want to use it in the meantime but with the warning that your items may not be ship until 4-6 weeks from when they are placed. This is for two reasons. First of all I need to ship out existing orders and with the holidays, the Black Friday/Christmas rush our business has been 10x as busy as usual. Secondly, I'm working 7 days a week due to the holidays at my day jobs and my time off lately has been bringing my wife to the baby doctors back and forth and doing grocery shopping, cooking and baby preparation at home.

So again, the site will say PF is closed. It'll have a warning that if you really want to you can order with PF but it'll be approximately 4-6 weeks. This does NOT apply to orders that were placed before the PF shutdown. Keep in mind though due to the holidays and slight backlog many orders still won't ship for another week or two. We're doing our best though.

The new PF system will have you estimate your shipping and pre-pay all service charges in advance the way the DR service currently does. In addition we'll be adding more payment options on the site itself to let you have even more options. More on this in January. Now if you'll excuse me I have to go shut down the PF site :) Thanks guys.

Package Forwarding (PF) will shut down now until 01/21/2011. You can still ship us items through the PF link but we will not be able to process them in real time for 4-6 weeks. This will NOT affect current orders with us as we'll be processing all current orders and packages over the next week or two. We'll do our best to have them all invoiced and shipped out then. We have entered all of the orders into our system but we still have to sort the packages and repackage them accordingly.

Hey Goomba how long does it usually take for someone in Canada to receive the package using the way you sent me mine? I'm not familiar with what the estimated times are with first-class international mail. I tried looking online but I see too many different answers. Starting to wish I had paid for faster shipping, waiting sucks :( If it's a week I'll manage but if it is any longer my hair will be gone :P

If it usually takes quite long and I'm talking 2-4 weeks then you'll probably receive the other 2 way before then, and I'd be willing to pay for those to get here extra fast. Would be funny to get those before the first though. I checked the bestbuy website and it no longer says sold out so maybe you will get them early next week if not tomorrow or friday. I had read that people are already receiving theirs that were originally said to backordered.

Leshita, overall it's not a big difference. The only big difference is that sending all at once you're more likely to get a larger customs/duties tax fee due.

pyrox4, the normal time frame for First Class is 7-10 business days. Priority Mail is a little bit faster (by 2-3 days usually). Good news too...your other two phones were just delivered...YEAH! If it costs near the same amount to just ship them both separately (at the same time) with really fast shipping then you can try that, but if it's just easier to send em both in one package really fast then do that, you probably know better than I do. Customs can't charge too much I hope.

I just sent your invoice. It's much cheaper to ship them together with Express Mail rather than ship individually if you want them quick. It's pretty affordable too. If you pay within the next half an hour I can get them out immediately today. The USPS Post Offices require Express Mail to be dropped off by 2:30 PM otherwise it won't go out until Monday due to the holiday weekend here. Thanks buddy!

qspace, thanks so much for helping me figure that out. I was wondering what was going on because the 3G and the Wi-Fi apparently have no visible difference from the packaging and there was no way to tell which was which just by looking at them (I even photographed them and they were identical) so I assumed the first two that came in were both the Wi-Fi Models. So sorry about that Geo Philips. I'll make it up to you though. I'll pay Qspace the shipping money. Just let me know how much I owe you and its yours. So sorry about that! I'll have to go through all the other boxes and see if there's another Wi-Fi Kindle. Again, very, very sorry! Quick Update on GFC (Vague Update, Specific ones coming soon):

Just wanted to let you know we got a Blizzard two days ago which slowed down a lot of the post office and banks in my area. I got the newest packages and am still processing the older orders. Today I spent most of the day starting the new code for the new Package Forwarding (PF) system which will alleviate most if not all backlogs.

Tomorrow is my first day off in a week (well after 1:00 PM EST anyhow) and I have Thursday/Friday off as well). Thursday I'll be packing and invoicing and I will also pick up new packages at UPS. All PF orders that have not been invoiced will be hopefully invoiced by the end of this weekend. Those of you who have multiple item orders I will begin packing as best I can and will invoice you accordingly.

The new Service Charge Credits System (SCC$'s) has been started as of today. I am doing it all in Microsoft Excel for the time being but I will slowly begin coding it into PHP on the website. More on this late January when I reopen the PF services. Thanks again guys.

Today I finally have a good 3-4 hours to do GFC stuff and that's a great thing. I received your drumsticks but haven't received your cable yet (it's quite possible it was shipped to me and I just haven't located it yet) so if you want to wait a couple days then I will be shipping them together.

I love the idea of having the "Powered by GFC" form. The raw form that I use though right now isn't exactly finalized. I'm actually working on a very much improved system though it's very tied to my site as it's almost 100% PHP based and uses a lot of my site's back-end for logins/points/rewards and such. I'm sure that we could figure out something. I'm still planning to make a new site eventually that isn't games-centric but offers the same services, so maybe your idea can help me push towards that. I'll update you very soon once the new PF system is done :) Should be by the end of January ^_^ I'm 60% done coding it now.

Our official family baby shower is tomorrow so I won't be online much (I have to work and then am leaving for the shower directly after) so it's a busy weekend. Mandulum, sorry yeah just ignore that. If any of you receive a duplicate invoice it is just me trying to go through the system and clear out older orders. If you receive a duplicate just ignore it :) I'm doing my best to copy all older orders to the newer system I'm developing and small glitches may appear. Thanks for letting me know!

Just wanted to let you know I've received both packages you sent last week. Also, the items I gifted to you through your baby registry on Amazon shipped yesterday and should be there today/tomorrow.

Lastly, I did send you an email letting you know to just go ahead and ship what you have like you've been doing. I've submitted a PF order for that one order with books in it, and will be holding off on any new PF orders until you have you have everything set up to test the new system =)

Hey goomba,
Just noticed an update on my order on GYROS:
1633b / 1080729306 says COMBINED W/ #1630 <- this was on the shipped items tab.
Hope that's just a bug, it really should be combined with my other item 1633a / 1080729306. I haven't received an invoice from you yet, so I was expecting my items to be waiting to be shipped still.

Otherwise, my DVD is taking a trip to somewhere else??

Figured I'd have a quick look at Gyros since I haven't in awhile...and noticed Goomba has his own code in Gyros for my PF orders, lol (I knew I ordered a lot, but that was surprising!)
