The Bonus artbook + CD are the ones that came with the original Persona 3 supposedly. Either Amazon has more in stock or Atlus is providing them, but in any case that's pretty awesome. I'm going to get one since I felt bad about not owning them originally. So I'll have the updated version of the game (FES) along with the artbook and cd. Doesn't get better than that in my eyes :)

I just wanted to let you guys know this: Unfortunately, Amazon.com changed their policy about a month or so ago and will not price match anymore or refund the differences to their past sales. I'm sorry there's not too much I can do about this.

The only thing that I could do (if you really wanted me to) would be to ship the items back to Amazon (they make you pay return shipping) but in some cases it could possibly be worth it. I'm pretty sure they make you use Priority Shipping, which costs $4.80 USD but to get $10+ back it may be worth it to you. Let me know if this is the case and I'll try to contact them about how to do the returns. I've never done it with them before.

Yeah it's not a problem to send out the requests so if that works better that's cool :) eChecks and all that can be pretty complicated as well. Also, I'm not sure if you guys are interested in this or not, but since the mail has been slower and somewhat more unreliable to Canada lately (more delays than usual for holiday season it would seem), I can upgrade any of your orders to Priority Mail shipping. This generally ensures three things:

1) It will get to you faster since it's the 2nd fastest shipping type offered by USPS
2) It will have delivery confirmation (yes even in Canada) that shows when a package has been delivered and has cleared customs and all
3) It can be insured for up to $700 USD for cheap. $50 for instance is only $2.40 to insure, $100 is $3.30 USD and so on. Very affordable. If you're buying a lot in one order it may be worth it to you.

Keep in mind that Priority Shipping starts at $22.60 and for this price you can ship up to 5 Pounds (that's a lot of games!). So if you want to pay a little extra for faster shipping + insurance I'm all for it. Or, if you are planning to order a lot or even just a heavy item it may be worth it to you.

Last thing to keep in mind. First Class mail is cheapest but it only goes up to 4 pounds. After that (4 pounds one ounce and over) Priority Mail becomes mandatory from the USPS. Just something to consider :)

It's even sadder to think that back in May I was offering to trade 1 USD to 1 CAD and having some members refuse me (back when CAD was worth more). My what a weird world we live in. Actually, it makes visiting Canada more tempting again seeing as everything will magically seem cheaper after converting over the money. Some of you guys should consider selling items to Americans to get USD for your games/items. It seems to me you could easily mirror my services but with Canadian products.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

I have switched over to a new type of business shipping called Endicia. It allows me to better integrate my shipping with my current system of Quickbooks and also enables to me to create custom postage labels that have the customs form on a single label in addition to my company logos and such.

Perhaps most important: I can now add insurance to first class packages (something that USPS doesn't do by themselves). It is done through Endicia and their insurance company and will cost you $2 USD to insure up to $100 (and slightly more after that). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS for people who are ordering 4-5 games in a single package or more expensive items. I say this not because we've lost a lot of packages, but because there always is at least some risk with international shipping and around the holidays it seems to be where the post offices have the most trouble. Just keep it in the back of your head in the future :) The option now exists for you. Thanks!

Yes you can add insurance at any time now (before I ship obviously). $2.00 for almost all orders :) I think it's well worth the piece of mind. The only thing, like you say, is that I can only insure what is on the customs form for the value of the item. So if you are ordering $100 worth of things but only have $45 on the customs, you can only insure up to $45...keep that in mind :)

Well if you ordered it on time and it showed an artbook they should give it to you (in theory) but the fact that the US one shows it still and the CAN one does not is reason enough to worry about it. Nothing wrong with being sure :) If it doesn't include the art book when they ship you can always complain and have it returned (at least in the US) and typically they cover return shipping if they were the ones at fault.

That being said, those of you who put your orders in with me are guaranteed to get your art books unless Amazon royally screws up (which isn't like them). Thanks guys!
